We collect only the information necessary to operate the VUKA platform. Employer data (company details, job listings, applicant information) is stored securely and never sold to third parties. Candidate data submitted through apply pages is visible only to the employer who posted that job. We do not share personal information with any third party without explicit consent.
By using VUKA, employers agree to use the platform in compliance with South African employment law. Candidates may not be charged any fee to apply for positions through VUKA. Employers are responsible for their own hiring decisions — VUKA provides tooling only and does not guarantee the suitability of any candidate. Subscriptions are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice.
